The Management Of Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) Celebrated The Administration And Human Resource Department In Recognition Of Their Dedication, Hard Work, And Commitment To The Institution During The Staff Motivation Program On Tuesday, November 12th, 2024.
Mrs. Kaosarat Aliyu Arole, Assistant Chief Hospital Administration & Human Resource Officer; Ms. Abosede Rebecca, Chief Clerical Officer; And Mrs. Senami Hoteyin-Alimu, Senior Scientific Officer, Were The Exceptional Members Of The Department Who Were Recognized For Their Outstanding Contributions.
In His Remarks, Chief Medical Director, Prof. Adetokunbo O. Fabamwo, Took A Moment To Reflect On The Progress The Department Has Made In The Last Few Years, Expressing His Delight At The Improvements That Has Been Made. He Acknowledged The Effort Of Every Staff In The Department And Congratulated All The Recipients, Saying That They Are Highly Valued For Their Contributions To The Progress Of The Hospital.
The CMD Emphasized The Importance Of Continuous Self-improvement, Urging The Staff Not To Become Complacent While In Service As He Expressed Delight In Some Members Of The Team Who Enrolled In The Post Graduate Diploma In The LASUTH Institute Of Advanced Professional Diploma In Hospital Administration And Management, Which Will Be A Significant Advantage For Career Advancement Beyond Grade Level 14 In Civil Service. He Further Disclosed That Efforts Are Underway To Establish An Affiliation With Lagos State University So As To Make The Post Graduate Diploma Jointly Awarded By Both Institutions.
Prof. Fabamwo Also Urged The Staff To Pursue Professional Career Growth By Becoming Members Of The Chartered Institute Of Personnel Management (CIPM), Stating That It Would Be Of Importance Now And In The Future."

In His Vote Of Thanks, Mr. Babatunde Jelili Oyekan Expressed Appreciation For The Ongoing Support From The Hospital Management And Encouraged Every Member Of The Department To Always Give Their Best In Their Respective Units.
