The Director, Hospital Administration & Human Resources, Mr. Jelili Babatunde Oyekan, Explained The Goal Of The Employee Motivation Exercise As One Of The Strategies Of Hospital Management To Recognize Outstanding Staff, Reward Excellence And Boost Staff Morale To Increase In Productivity Level. Acknowledging The Relentless Dedication And Expertise Of The Finance And Accounts Team, The Chief Medical Director, Prof. Adetokunbo O. Fabamwo, In His Address, Expressed The Essence Of The Visit As Management’s Way Of Acknowledging, Recognizing And Showing Appreciation To All Staff In The Department For Their Outstanding Contributions, Dedication And Commitment To The Vision Of The Hospital, Which Is To Provide High Quality Healthcare Service To The Residents Of Lagos State And Beyond. The CMD Lauded The Efforts Of The Department And Encouraged The Staff To Continue In Their Strides To Provide Excellent Services As He Presented A Framed ??Thank You” Note To The Head Of Department.
